We currently ship Canada and the UK!
For corporate orders we can ship to a few more countries. Send us a note at Hello@smallpackages.co

Orders are fulfilled in 1-2 business days. Our Standard Shipping is 5-7 business days, if you are on the east coast it's closer to 5.
We offer expedited shipping which takes 2 business days.

If you want to place orders to ship later (say, you want to knock out a bunch of birthdays while you're thinking of them, but want the packages to arrive at the right time) you can! Check out as usual, and then pick the date you'd like us to ship the gift.

We do reserve the right to substitute an item of equal value if necessary.

If your recipient isn't happy with their gift, we're happy to take it back. Just email us at hello@smallpackages.co, and we'll give you details on how to return it to us.

Yes! You can ship to up to 12 different people at once. Just select "Ship to multiple addresses" in the cart. You can have a unique message, and item for each order.

Yes, but only if it's cute (j/k)! As long as you hit our MOQ for the item and give us enough lead time we can do customized products.
